It’s been a 20 year personal and professional journey for creators | owners | operators Trip and Alecia Brooks. Blending Trip’s extensive development, building and historic restoration experience with Alecia’s theater production, music and photography background, they have created the Park Loft Experience. So much more than a venue, Park Loft is a place to celebrate life and love.

Trip and Alecia’s intention is to produce a one-of-a-kind venue with world class cuisine and spirits and the most genuine hospitality, resulting in a truly exceptional and beyond memorable celebration.

Executive Chef

Thomas
Schoborg

With the invaluable addition of Executive Chef Thomas Schoborg, the direction of Park Loft was sealed. Chef Thomas is originally from Atlanta, Georgia where he cultivated his love of southern food and genuine hospitality. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and then attended The French Culinary Institute in New York City.

Chef Thomas gained national recognition for his outstanding work in NYC at The Cub Room, Tribeca’s City Hall Restaurant, P.J. Clarkes and as Executive Chef of Rosa Mexicano, launching six of their prime national locations. His reputation of excellence and creativity has landed him Executive Chef positions around the country in Atlanta, Miami and D.C. where he cooked and hosted multiple events and fundraisers for dignitaries, diplomats and political figures.

With a strong belief in sustainability, Chef Thomas makes every effort to support local vendors, farmers and businesses. He has crafted a unique and worldly menu, available for service in several reception styles. Alongside Chef Thomas are Chef Excelsior Taina Michel and Chef De Cuisine Zack Houck. Our team is fully committed to creating an extraordinary experience for you and your guests while celebrating your most treasured occasions with us.

Also joining the Park Loft core team of Ambassadors are Event Directors Germaine Veloria and Allison Desantis |  Mike Murray – Director of Finance/Entertainment | Lindsay Guzman – Cocktail Manager | Ryan Chapman – AGM/Event Coordinator | Garrett Seargent – Director of Ops | Ryan Baccarella – Service Director. Collectively, this stellar team has the experience of having produced and executed over one thousand weddings and special events.
